Jerica brings over 22 years of customer service experience to Troy City Mortgage. As a licensed loan officer in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, she is passionate about helping clients achieve homeownership on their terms.

A dedicated mother of two, Jerica values flexibility and fulfillment in her work. This allows her to be present for her family while supporting others in finding a place to call home. Her commitment to integrity, transparency, accountability, and excellence guides every client interaction.

Outside the office, Jerica enjoys traveling, reading, and being an active dance mom. She and her family support Breathe Deep Boston, a charity close to her heart in memory of her mother’s battle with lung cancer.
